ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is for individuals who are tired of hearing advice that doesn't work, such as “just focus” or “write it down” (as if they haven’t tried that a thousand times). Coaching helps you build practical tools to work with your brain instead of constantly fighting it.

We focus on what’s getting in the way, like time blindness, decision paralysis, motivation black holes, or the endless loop of starting something and immediately forgetting what it was. Together, we’ll set goals, track progress, experiment with strategies, and figure out systems that are realistic for you.

It’s collaborative, judgment-free, and often full of small wins that add up. Coaching is less about deep emotional processing and more about taking action, holding yourself accountable, and creating lasting change in your day-to-day life.
