What Insurance companies are you in-network with?

  • BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United, and UMR.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

  • No. The Imperfect Path PLLC is completely virtual. 

Do you offer Sliding Scales?

  • Yes! Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide Superbills?

  • No

What is your cancellation/ no show policy?

  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to cancel within the specified time frame or do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $50.
